Believe it or not they actually have a tiny bit lower towing limit than a Landie!!!

I've seen them for 25k whats special about this one?

You've been able to buy the V8 GMC engine for some time now a numer of LRs have had them fitted allbeit with some serious modding.

US Military pays $17000 for a Hummer.

They pretty it up a bit, lose all the MilSpec equipment (which costs a fortune, mostly for the papertrail associated with it), and the US public buys them for $50 to 60 thousand.

Go figure.
