We have just bought a static in Pembrokeshire . I guess Scottish Law is different to England & Wales anyway , but that looks like the " standard " sort of contract that everybody ends up signing . I think it's generally accepted that statics are no financial investment but if you and your family will get the pleasure from it over the fifteen years , then what price can you put on that ? We have been delighted with our Site Owner , but he is is just about to retire and sell up . The contract remains in force but much will always depend on the relationship between a Good Owner and a Good Tenant !

I think some of the ribbers on here are actually Site Owners and they can confirm or deny my thoughts........Good Luck..........Bern.

thanks - yes I know caravan life - been caravans he since 6 weeks old.

Been on this site for 34 years - never had contact - it's seems restrictive and biased to site owner....

So just wondering what others thought!
