Not quite see my question above .. They can argue other circumstances according to the ownership details

As to ANPR ..its certainly possible .. although up my way they put a notice up outside the car saying what its doing (ANPR duties) .. oh and if this is the case, is your MOT and Tax up to date then ?

The reason I asked is because delays have occurred when the registered keeper has not easily been found, such as he/she has moved house and their records were not updated, however the NIP was still sent out in the alloted time, and so the driver was still liable therefor. As to being in the clear , I'd suggest it looks likely...., only, fu*k ups can still occur, and the more accurate position would be to say that you now have a strong case for fighting what ever does appear. You've only got to read the site mentioned earlier www.pepipoo.com to see some of the cock ups that go on

Good luck You'll be driving like a nun for oooh,.... a couple of months say ?

Heading North up to Brora for my annual salmon fishing trip on Sunday, I suppose it'll be the usual sneaky white vans on the A9 !!!
Seemed to be a few on the bridges on the 74 last time I went. Bit of a bugger as it used to be a quick bit of road....
