Richard - I generally find http://ski.visitscotland.com gives as good snow reports for scotland as anywhere (the "resorts" themselves update it daily). I believe that they are expecting some snow this weekend and towards the end of next week.

As you have probably heard the promised snow did arrive. All the ski slopes (and many other areas) have enough snow for sledging and snowmen.

Why is Travis Cocker interviewing some Foreign Darts Player in a shed load of snow?

Lucky sod - all we get is rain - rain and yet more rain along with gales after gale. I have listened to the shipping forecast ever day since Christmas and it's always "galeforce 9 lundy Irish Sea"!!!
