Not a wood burner but I cut up a 1980's 150l air compressor tank to make a BBQ and Pizza Oven

Not very portable though as it weighs a bloody ton just have to build a stand for it now.

Now that's impressive dude No reason that can't double up as a wood burner. Great job

If you type in "gas bottle wood burners" on ebay you will see a good selection of creative wood burners and BBQ's made from old cylinders

Thanks for the heads up on the Aldi welder, just went to get one to find it at half price.

£19.99 for a basic arc welder, superb

Looks like I'll be building my own Oz Pig next year, got a few empty bottle lying around

RIB.NET strikes again

Looks like a few ribnetters will be busy making wood burners in the New Year

I had to ask for it, there was no stock on the shop floor as they had moved it into the stock room.
If anyone goes looking and there are none visible - ask them to check.

Nice job Solent bombard .saw one on you tube made from a 100 gallon drum with a copper coil in the lid with pool water pumped through .i think it increased the water temperature by about 2 degrees after 8 hours burning .you'd need a small forest to keep it going .only in American !
