My favourite Leonard Cohen track.......

My " big " sister bought " The CBS Rock Machine ( Turns You On ) " in the late 60s. Couldn't but help playing this haunting track over and over again :-)

There's some interesting interviews with Leonard Cohen on the BBC iplayer at the moment. They played them on Radio 4 last night if you're looking for them.

I had the Man from U.N.C.L.E gun and walkie-talkie set for Christmas. Loved the program and remember running round the woods in the gang with my Illya Kuryakin gun, so cool with the silencer. Fantastic memories. By the way my age is 59............... and still a rebel.

What a wonderful album that was, I as 14 when I bought it and it certainly turned me on and gave me a lifelong appreciation of Taj Mahal. I guess LC will be finding out if there are any Sisters of Mercy or more appropriately Angels at his shoulder

It's the only station that I can pick up in the truck that isn't Classic FM or Heart- and Heart is depressing.

I've still got that album! And the Sisters of Mercy are not departed or gone...unlike LC. My life is richer, though, for his music and poetry.
