Puppy Farming

Can everyone please sign this petition, its to try and stop puppy farming where large numbers of pups are bred and badly brought up.
The parents are under fed and often "past" breeding.

Would you please provide more detailed information as to why we should sign this petition? Can you provide some evidence of the legislation not being complied with?

Dhd , I certainly don't know exactly what is going on in Carmarthanshire , but I have been quite deeply involved with dogs , dog clubs and dog agility for the past 15 years . There is still a nationwide problem with far too many unwanted dogs of all descriptions , having to be rescued / rehomed or pts ( put to sleep ).
Something isn't working because many rescue organisations such as Welsh based " Many Tears " claim that many of their rescues are from puppy farms .

I think most people are aware of whats happening but its doing soething about it. I have bred a litter of dogs myself and don't see how people can treat them as they do.

If you need proof of whats happening just type puppy farming in google and I'm sure that'll point you in the right direction.

Is the 'problem' specific to Carmarthenshire?

Its all over the UK but the person who started the petition obviously lives in that area. Its to stop it in general. If one council does it then others may follow suit.
