Parcel Service for interchangeable cages in UK?

Job related, I am asking on behalf of an colleague who needs recommendations of competitive parcel cervice in UK . Preferable national wide operator. The task would be be collecting full/ delivering empty cages, one or several per trip. Size slightly less than pallet.

Sounds pretty straight forward, if it has any hazardous content it will get more expensive. Do load and delivery points have fork lifts?

I was under that impression that the cages are those with wheels, so forklift in theory not required... dont think delivery points always have own forklift so in the real world scenario a forklift onboard the truck would be handy.
