I could be wrong, but I suspect our Scottish correspondent was right. Paul McNulty or Pol Maszewski? Something about the English.

But if your not straight about your name....

Cuir i gceart mé a Phól, más Déiseach thu??

Dear Mr Kennett, can you set up a special sub-forum "As Gaelige", so we Irish can make cryptic public (not PM'ed) comments to each other in a more appropriate setting? And you might put some thought to Euskara and , um, Nama, so no-one feels excluded on this International, English based website.

Go raibh maith agat!

Absolutely. I'll sort it out right after I get Cymraeg and Kernewek in place.

but seriously

... now that I've stopped laughing:

A Bad Day, er month, season actually! In a word - Lencraft!

...so in all fairness Gaelforce, even if you want to suggest I am a Lickspittle of the Foreign Imperialists, we (Fir na hEireann) weren't too impressed the last time out either.

Oh, and the wordplay in "Gaelforce" only works in English.

As a more senior member of the forum than I, you'll be aware that the users post in English. That includes the Scots (even the Gaelic speakers), the Welsh, French, Dutch, Russian, Icelandic (Hi Bogib!), Brazilians (ouch!), South Africans, hell, the whole world...

And John (aka Mr. Kennett, Sorr), I'll hold you to the Cymraeg*, because they're worth it, , eh Codders?

* please God let that mean Welsh!

Oh, are you suggesting that the Kerneweks aren't?
