Eupa - I'm new here so dont really know any of the personalities. You obviously have the better of me there. You refer to Codprawn as "the great man" which suggests you know him well.

Its not all that diffficult---- just use this site to find all the posts made by"codprawn"- if you have time!!! Its quite illuminating. there have been some fantastic run-ins with this 'character' some good, some bad. It has led to people being suspended from this board. Basically I like him ( her or it)??.
His(her or its) answers are well researched.. so beware!!!!!.

sincerely

Jonathan

Nite after

I suspect the incident created great hilarity in the team and lead to an expensive nite in the pub for the cox'n. I believe anything like that costs a round, and its amazing how many people can show up in an rnli shirt if there is a free beer on offer.

Seriously, we all make mistakes, and usually we should not judge on the mistake, but on the action to rectify it.

I can't honestly believe that anyone who enjoys boating in the UK would feel anything other than gratitude towards the guys in red and yellow?
Nice to see some people haven't had their sense of humour surgically removed!!!

That could be why the lifeboat got stuck!

The sea levels have risen and now they can't fit under the pier.

You have not been shipping all that rain water to Kent have you? Oh the irony of it, only last year they were buying water in and banning hose pipes. d'oh!
