Not a RIB but...

... it's a bit nice anyway

I met this bloke today who has designed and produced his own hard fishing boats, specifically the Nord Fisher 170 - you might recognise his craft from the Yama-he-ha stand at Southampton. They're (excuse my ignorance) a kinda thinking man's Warrior 165. Absolutely failing to tick the boxes for the "crate of Dutch Gold" squad, they do however tickle the fancy of the more discerning fisherfellow. Having said that, I was very taken with the "cup" holder in the step concept. 100 Horses cruises mid 20s and tops out mid 30s. Finish and detail is exceptional.

If one was of the Fishing Persuasion, one could talk one's spouse into one of these

Yep. Me too.

Do they do a jockey option? (serious Q!)

Only other obvious ommission is a hand hold for the passenger.

Exactly, you could fit a toilet seat over it and really make their day

I have a brochure that shows seating options - they seem to be Bespoke Boat builders - if you have the money, they have the seats!

Anyway, that pic was taken on Redbay's fitout floor, so I think they could source a jockey without too much trouble

The link to his website is in the first post. Having looked at their printed bumpf a bit closer, I see that they are getting good (excellent) reviews in the fishing press.

Now, if you Gents don't mind - I'm away off to RIBnet again. This wee hard boat stuff is hurting me head.

You clearly prefer your 'Dutch Gold' draught rather than tinned.
