We will start a company and need space for 2-3 smaller machines, and a office...nothing big. In a business area or close to the harbour, we need a place you can find easy for costumers.....

Where should i look to find one...i can´t???

There are no marinas or launching facilities in Bournemouth itself and the nearest ones are Poole or Christchurch (with the latter being tidal)

In their list of available properties for the Poole area there are a number of possibilities through Nettleship Sawyer and Sibbett Gregory who both deal with local commercial property.
