Insanity - they say they are so worried about being sued and they do something like that - you could get a very nasty shock if your trioaler suddenly falls off that - or your car!!!

Apparently it was a last minute addition for walkers to be able to sit on to watch people launching their boats - surely encouraging people onto the slip is NOT a good idea???

Then again could be worse - we have a lovely slip at North Dock - Llanelli - that was built with a proper jetty and great car parking. it really is nice and prob cost well over 500,000 to build. I don't think it has EVER been used - because they haven't put access to it from the road and there is a proper crash barrier right across where the access road should be!!!
