My new tow vehical

Well at the risk of re-starting the 'whats the best 4x4' debate here is my new baby. First time of owning a disco and an auto one at that. It's a 2003 TD5 ES 7 seat auto in oslo blue. Its got alpaca leather interior, sat nav and rear air con fitted by the previous owner. Its also got the L/R tow assembly with adjustable drop plate. Towed the rib for the first time this morning with it, and I had to keep checking it was there Totally effortless

The only draw back is that I will now be driving a truck for the rest of my life!!!!!!!! Still good job Mr.Brown dont want me to retire to early

i love it, you post a pic of the new baby and the folks on here start picking up on the garden, haha, pressman asked if the dead flowers in the hanging basket were hanging from my aframe!!

the landy looks good by the way, you can get a remote control fob for the suspension if you are into gadgets, you can then raise it and lower it from outside the car, comes in handy for some jobs!!!

if you get 5 mins climb under the thing and grease up the base of the steering box shaft so it does not rust and kill the seal and start leaking!!!

Cheers for that Hugh. Ill have a look below this weekend. I had a play with the rear suspension last weekend, using the dash control. Very impressive, just like picking up a trailer at work!!!!!!

Im chuffed to bits with the disco, any excuse to get behind the wheel

As for the garden, dont even go there. Our lass reckons im growing me own 4x4 course

I had to leave the trailer brake on to help remind me. Even then it hardly noticed. Mind you mine is a V8.

Good grief, you were still sick then, one of them is a Rangerover, and you did not see the Hybrid in the garage.

Hows my prop coming along?

Arn't they made at the same Solihull site then?

Prop has been sandblasted, but work will be painfully slow this week as I've been given a real high priority job this week and am a bit worried things might not be ready for the BIG day.
