Did serious cutting with a accu bosch multithingy on the polyester + half a mile of wooden internal reinforcements of the console of our delta rib and as long as you plan the charging (battery life isnt great) these are fantastic machines who make an very precice 'hole' amongst several other usages. It scored very high on my 'best investments 2010 list' actually...

I've seen the Bosch version of the Multimaster at work but the Fein Multimaster top has loads more balls to it.
A couple of years ago I sucked water up through the back of mine from the splashwell when taking some Sikalfex off on the Transom. 'Stripped it down, dried it out and lightly oiled it and it's still going strong today and it gets hard use!
