It works really well and isn't hard to get your head around. Has a preset to convert video to .DPG which can be used on Nitendo DS lites and also another preset to convert to the format used by iPods/iPhones. It'll convert multimedia from virtually any format to any other format.

Completely free and has a good reputation

2) next generation hands free if they want to stop people using phones in cars this is the way to do it.(automatic bluetooth link)
3)it checks the best prices for fuel in the area. lots of other stuff.

I've just bought one ...if you're interested in that kind of stuff,it's well worth a look.

I can't really see what it does that my HTC won't. Why buy an extra gadget? It's like the people who buy Ipods when they already have an excellent player on their phones.

My HTC will basically do anything a laptop can do. I have a data connection so can use google earth/maps - I can surf the net and download loads of software for it.

i can even make phone calls on it...............

I've had a tentative go with super, I changed bit rates etc as someone on a forum found it neccessary to experiment with settings, and found the right one for my model of GPS...so off I went, got a sound track and no film...that was with tomplayer, mobilnova has compression in it so I'm going to have a go at that. I 've no doubt it's something I'm doing wrong..thanks for the link though

Only redeeming feature is TomTom Nav 6 runs on it. ( but the NZ map only works on Nav7) :-(
@Jelly: TomTom 7 goes just fine on the Tytn II. How do I know? I own a TytnII too and have TT7 installed. Go to here and get yourself the version you need. I understand you found a way to grab the mandatory maps.

Success.

Hmm, I will have to have a look at one of these... im currently a big blackberry fan, but I spent the last 4 years developing software for windows mobile devices.

Just to clear one thing up though, HTC isnt new versions of SPV stuff... HTC is the company who make the devices, and all the mobile operators have custom branded version.... o2 is the xda, orange spv... etc...
