Letter to B & Q Customer Services

I would like to believe this!

E - Mail received by B & Q Customer Services Department 15/02/05 08:30am

Dear Sir/Madam,

My heartfelt congratulations to you and all your staff for so successfully grtting a yacht to leave the UH on 28th of November 2004, sail 27,354 miles around the world and arrive back 72 days later - a truly remarkable acheivement - well done.

Could you possibly let me know when my new kitchen, that I ordered from you some 96 days ago, will be arriving from your *******ham wharehouse some 13 miles distant?

Yours sincerely,

************
