Well afaik the exclusion zone comes into force in an hour and so far no ones actually contacted me to tell me whats going on so either its cancelled or they've found someone else, either way I'll be in the warm & dry with a cup of tea in my hand thank you!

Count yourself lucky. It's just taken me an hour and ten to get from St Peter's Valley to Town (3 miles) because they've closed the Avenue and some prat has pranged their car on the inner road causing the road to be closed and a bunch of over excited honorary's to start directing traffic with a zeal not previously seen.
