I love the steering cable .I think he meant you can tow at 25 knot with 4 adults in the car.

Come off it - I bet it WAS worth £2,000 - when he bought it many moons ago with a new engine.

I reckon it will easily do 25kts - on a river in full flood.

That thing was never £2K, it's late 60's early 70's, you could buy a small house for £2k then. The guy has sent hours meticulously painting it, shocking.

It's very flat bottomed. I bet it would go a lot quicker than you'd imagine. remember you're judging it against heavier, and generally deep 'V' boats. mebbe not 25 kts, but i reckon 20 wouldn't be unrealistic.

Yeah it would- I used to have one.

With a 50 on it and 2 people it'd make 25mph on gps. They aint light either.
