high on glue

i'm sitting here in a 2part glue induced stupor and i thought i would share this with you.
this year we have some funny dates, 1/1/11, 1/11/11, 11/1/11, 11/11/11, now thats unusual, right take the last two digits from the year you were born and add them to your age you will be this year, unless you're lying they will come to 111.
is this an omen for a good or bad year

Sorry, but just tried it and I got 110.

89 + 21 = 110

will be 22 this year so will then work, I must just be a special case
