without sounding like a complete geek here, and sounding pinicity, I used to work at John Lewis for Audio TV and apparently all surfaces need a 'strength test' on the wall before having a wall mount attatched, or the warranty is void, as a few angry customers found out!

not too sure how you would watch tv at the really low point!
