Thanks for posting this, I've been round the fort that is being converted into a hotel just to say that I've been there.

Well he has to spend the money he sold Dreams for on something, he is buying up houses around me & renting them too! Bought one of my neighbours houses asking price unseen & this is the second one in my road!

I had my wedding on Spitbank Fort, we had about 80 guests and my dog on there for the day. The (then)owners catered for dinner and everything.

Have to say it was a trifle less than £800 a head though.
