Formations company?

I need to set up a limited company later today.

I know its wimping out, and I could do it myself, but can anyone reccommend a formations company?

A google search reveals loads of them, all at about the same cost, and I'm loathe to just pick one and hand out my credit card details.

I'm sure you can buy one very cheap all set up etc and then change the name, if you have an accountant or solicitor maybe worth asking.

Someone will come along in a minute and say that's crap but I've done it that way before.

I did look at buying a ready set up one, but registering a new one can be done for about £50, with a proper printed certificate of incorporation.

I also have a name and website address I want to use, so would as you've said need to change it.

I'll have a think about it, and see if anyone else pipes up this morning.

UK-PLC turned out to have a package that suited what I wanted without additional bits I didn't need.

Domain registered
Just waiting for it all to come back now.

Its only for something I want to do part time and generate a little extra cash if possible.
More details when its all set up and I need some customers
