Floods in Carlisle

Looks like the emergency services are doing a great job with nobody hurt or worse reported

Watched some news footage earlier saw a red rib cruising down a street full of water doing the rescue rounds, best watch ur prop on those bus shelters + street bins eh boys

If you watch the clip on BBC, you see a rib bounce as the lower leg connects with something - a bollard???

It looks like it catches something, or he's just pulled the kill cord! I was always told that your boat draws very little when on the plane!
