Flags

I want to get a few flags made up with a logo and a single line of text to hang off the back of Evolution when she is in the marina. Does anyone know of a good company that does this sort of thing? I've found a few on google but really don't have a clue what I need so a bit of help is needed....

Tim had an "A" Flag made up by a sail maker just this side of Chi about ten years ago. He wanted to use normal cloth but I insisted on Spinnaker material. Its lasted well, goes in the wash, doesn't matter if it ges wet or creased etc.

I like the sailcloth idea. Trouble is I want my logo on there which I think could be a bit too fiddly to do that way....

Tim - speak to Nauti Buoy. I'm pretty sure he can do flags!

And if not

http://www.mrflag.com/?ref_id=flagmakers.com

They are the people who used to work for Britain's oldest flagmaker - did all the Royal standards etc.

If you want cheap go for printed - if you want it to last a sewn one is the answer!!!

There is a place on Cowes High Street that does clothing. They might be able to do a flag.

They did us jackets with the boat name and club logo.

When I remember the name, I will post it!

Try these people. the did mine for me, really helpful, quick turn around time, happy to repair/replace them if they couldn't take the 'whipping' at 40kts etc!
