Well, does anyone know if he survived? He said the epirb was activated, was he picked up? Terrible situation to be in alone, no help in the middle of the ocean with a boat taking on water.

Didn't know the boat was capable of fixing the electronics!!!

Fair enough for some comments such as "we faced the mighty seas" etc but "we couldn't fix the satnav" is pushing it a bit!!!

Not much of a boat to capsize 8 times... what was he expecting out there, one fart of a boat and an Ex Commando reduced to tears.

Ok. I am setting off Montauk Point, Long Island and travelling across the Atlantic, tomorrow on a lollipop stick...
I just need to advise the US Coastguard first so they can pick me up after a nice brisk swim in the chilly Labrador current waters,BRrrrr> chilly aint it?
