Dody trailer?

I spotted this on ebay last night; was very tempted to buy it as it went for only £510. One thing held me back though; the seller claims this can be towed behind a regular 4x4. He also states that the unlaiden weight is 2 tons. From other photos I have seen I can see it has a standard ball hitch. Now, look at the photo below; the wheels are all at the very back, that means the nose weight is going to be in the region on 1 ton!!!!

Dodgy or not??
