VERY impressive mate!...the hieght of 'Fiddleing excellence' might have saved the tip of my eldest son's finger when he was an apprentice joiner too! Glad to say now FULLY recovered!

The other film, where the guy tries it with his own finger, is VERY impressive!

Dont know whether I would have had the bottle to do it, having seen my old man take the top of his finger off in a similar situation. He wrapped a hanky round it and caught a bus to the hospital!

Sawstop has been around for a few years. Looked into them a couple of years ago when I was in the market for a household/hobby saw, but they're pretty pricey, making it hard to justify if you're on a somewhat limited budget, and don't use the saw all that much.

Very impressive performance, though, and I was rather surprised when the guy was actually willing to put his finger to the test...
