Good post chewy B&Q had (maybe still do) a deal where a roll was £3 and I did my lofts in October with a hand from my dad (my knees hurt after it so I dont know how he managed .. but hes a fit 76 !! )
Its a secondary layer too,.. but well worth it IMHO
It expanded to be about 10" thick and we got it in just before the really cold November .. we can definately feel the difference in the house
