Andy,

Leaving my house at 0930 hrs so should be in the show from about 1030 hrs if I can persuade my mate to take his merc. If not we'll be a little bit later if taking my tractor. I'll give you a call once we are in.

No boats to demo but i'll let you have a sit in the 31 if you behave yourself. I don't even know the number of our stand, but we are on the western side of the ocean hall conveniently located by the toilets

I will be there on either the Versadock stand or the Ceasar stand. My thunderbolt is at the show.

I'll be around tomorrow as well - will be wandering around the show and also occasionally to be found on Victory Yacht Charters and Haslar Sea Schools' stand.

We're on A010 in the Solent Hall, so down the left hand edge of the first hall as you walk in through the ticket booths usually. Our boat show specials should get posted in the trade announcements soon!

You guys are all giving stand numbers but that information in the form of a layout doesn't seem to be available on the Boat show site. Looks like you have to buy the £5 brochure to get the plan.

Its not that big a place so I'll just wander round and say hello anyway !

I shall be there trying to get as much free booze as possible.

Does anyone have any tips on getting free stuff? I always feel too intimidated to go anywhere near the Sunseeker/Princess/Fairline stands....

I'm on J320 - South Devon Marine stand with our new 6 metre boat. Head for the HMS Bounty and the Olympic corner which overlooks the lifeboat and try a boat area - no champagne and totty I'm afraid!

Well just back from the show ansd must say I was impressed. Didn't manage to get a demo but still impressed with the amount of RIB stuff scattered round the show. Much more than my last visit a few years ago. It was a nice warm day as well with plenty of eye candy to look at.

Bumped in to Nautibouy, Ashbypower, Lucky Ribster and saw Jimbo doing his sales talk to a bunch of young ladies !

Took a few pictures some of which are below.

1) RIB with landing craft type acess.

2) Close up of above.

3) Solent 9 Meter with Suzuki 300 HP.

4) A brace of Yam 350s.

5) Jon Brooks fine craft. Couldn't find Jon though.
