That looks like the "stealth boat" used in one of the James Bond fillums, I think it was "The world is not enough" it's the one where the megalomaniac tries to take over the world, Bond shags a fit bird who then dies & it all blows up at the end & Bond gets to shag the other fit bird in the credits.
