Sorry to hear that, and not wanting to get into an argument over right wrong and legal issues as that has been discussed in enough detail already .

Was your friend a Lay First Aider or a Professional

What was the outcome of the legal action

I will continue to do what I feel is morally right as a Lay First Aider and hope others will as well.

Think I'm gonna take that soon, even if its just for my own peace of mind. These things can be a bit of a confidence booster.

Sorry to hear of your experiences Jono and I completely understand your position on this. I can't say I'd feel any different if that had happened to me.
