Starboard Vessel has the right of way

The Starboard Vessel has the right of way. However if you see danger coming why not avoid it?

I heard the tourboats know they have right of way and take it. (never been there with my boat so far).

Remember, that on the type of boat this lady was driving, you do not need a licence or certification. It might be different if she is using it for commercial reasons.
