Angling in Channel islands

Hello,

I wanted to know if it was possible to practice sea recreational fishing in the territorial waters of Jersey for a french ribman?

I think it's possible near Guernesey, Alderney, Herm, but i think it's not possible in Jersey...

Is it possible to have links about this question?

I would have thought that being excluded from fishing territorial waters was aimed at the commecial boys, not recreational anglers. Will be watching this thread with interest.
