Yesterday on my way back from Southampton Dry Stack i paid Biff a short visit. I had been wanting to do this for some time only the time had to be right.

I am sure you will all be pleased to hear that Biff is for sure on the mend. I found him in good spirit with the same sense of good humour

Well done Biff!

Morning everyone. Just thought I'd update you lot. For the first time in 8 months yesterday I ate something solid. It was only cheese on toast but it was a milestone. I have started doing small jobs now and will take visitors though you might not recognise me. I have lost over 4 1/2 stone, I've lost 5inches off my waist and over 10 inches off my chest but I haven't lost what really counts, my grey matter, I'm not out of the woods yet but the forest is less dense than it was. Biff

Biff, this is all good news and I wish you well on your recovery now. The trick is to keep the weight off. All the best Biff.
