Another woeful performance from Scotland. Do all the hard work, get the ball up to the opponents 22 then give it away only to see it flying back down field to the point they started from 5 minutes before. They need to start finishing moves. Not to take anything away from England's victory but when you look at the match stats Scotland should have ran away with this game, Ireland, Wales or France would have. Scotland threw away this game. If they can't complete moves and score tries then they may as well give up international Rugby. Wooden spoon for us methinks.

We started off well then started making stupid mistakes during the the latter end of the first half. Second half much better although inexperience did show at times but a good result for young kids who some say,,, should be in nappies "eh...Billy" Good result for us in the end but when it comes to Wales, France and Ireland well... lets just hope luck is on our side.

I think Andy Farrell's 20year old son shows a lot of promise and is going to go a long way.

He's lived in the London suberbs since he was 12, not much league left in him.
Can't you tell by the posh home counties accent?

It was a dis-jointed performance from the start .. you are right though.. in that they did show great moments, but so did the English in a less flashy way , just by their resilience ... for such a new squad, I have to take my hat off to them, and it wasnt even a home game .. very fair played win I say

I was going into this with high hopes for Scotland, as I felt we have made a lot of progress recently, but that performance for some experienced lads is just not good enough by a long shot.... I nearly spilled my guinness a couple of times at the incoherence, the fumbles .... doh .... I was raging

never mind .. great watching the action Best game in the world

Stuttering Game with Flashes of Good stuff,BUT considering all the S**T AT, and SINCE the World cup I'm just pleased it looks like Sanity is finaly prevailing, BOTH sides can build on that performance.
And I agree with Kerny, Farrel Jnr looks a Class act!
Reckon Wales will do it this year...but The Frogs have got thier Big games at Home,so ANYTHING can happen!

Well for me Ireland was harshly done too, should have been a red card for that pile driving tackle by Bradley Davies and no way should the Irish player have been binned for his tackle, there was nothing wrong with it, but what a good game anyways

If you want to talk about being harshly done by, take a look at Ryan Jones's disallowed try in the first half.

There was no 'pile-driving' in the tackle, he just didn't lower him to the ground. Whether it was a RED or Yellow card wouldn't have had any bearing on the result in any case.

I agree wholeheartedly no comparison today we had two teams that wanted to play the game and showed some good cutting lines. As I have said the only bad thing was the ref

Take a look again that tackle it was a straight red IMO, whether it would have changed the result
