Sounds like a fab idea, looking forward to a great day on the water.

I'm free this Saturday too, so plan to join the Nachos II expedition.

I will aim to be leaving the Hamble river at ~10:30am and will see who's about. Happy to run down from Soton water with anyone who wants company.

Unfortunately I am not well enough to take my boat over this week-end. Nothing too serious but not allowed to use Jianna.
A kind fellow ribber has offered me the opportunity to try out some Ullmans
So looking forward meeting up and getting on the outside of some nachos

Hi guys and gals, I have only just joined the site tonight.

Saturday sounds good, is it the more the merrier?
I have a new prop to try on my boat, don't know how well it will go though!

Chris, I'm in newbury, so I assume you be passing me on your way down the A34.
I have never launched at Calshot but have at Lymmington a few years back.

Tom

Hi Tom

Welcome to rib.net. Yes, the more the merrier, come and join us. If you want to launch from Calshot I am happy to give you a hand with the launch & recovery. And the Nachos in Yarmouth are great.

What boat do you have?

Chris

I'll be just off Callshot at 10:30, easy to spot, small and orange. Will be on ch 77 as "Rib Tigga", call sign and MMSI in signature.

I'll keep a lookout for you Chris. We are a grey/blue Ballistic - and my DSC is set up to auto-reply to position requests if you want to figure out where we are

Not sure of the day rate at Calshot as I keep my rib there all year round. MattH or PeterM will be able to tell you the charges at Calshot and Lymington.

Do you want to meet up with us by the North Cardinal off Egypt Point (Gurnard) ?

The southampton group are gathering at Calshot / Hamble entrance around 10:30, so we can be over to Gurnard NCM around 1045

Chris
