Great day on the water. Good to meet up with old faces and meet new.
As I was at the helm, only managed to grab a few pics. However, one of my crew has many more and I will post as soon as I receive them.
Regards
Steve

Popped round the corner to try to get the moon in the shot, probably had the wrong lens
On the cruise back, the water off Bournemouth was glass like

Great weather, and a great day out. Good to meet up with everyone again. I took some video so I'll post it when I get a chance.

Seriously jealous and can't find a 'jealous' emoticon!

You all look like you had a fantastic time, the pics are great and the weather looks like it dealt you a brilliant hand for a change.

Here in Denmark the wind has a fair amount of 'north' in it now and this afternoon the hailstones would have cut your face to ribbons if you'd been blasting around in the ribs.

Keep the pics coming!

Chris, I was thinking exactly the same thing! We'll have to organise an 'exchange' visit.

Or a raid!

To conclude - TRIMIX has not (as yet) got anything like enough stick for trying to steal a large quantity of the Solent - had we not arrested him and pulled his plugs he would have gone back to Oxford with a large portion of our valuable resource in his hulls and bilges. It is in the all the newspapers that large parts of Oxford are underwater - clearly TRIMIX and his team have been up to no good. They should come clean and admit where else the team has been launching and stealing water for Oxfordshire - they have been using the flimsy and ridiculous excuse that the HusseyCat was sinking (shurely not!). The people of Oxford are fed up as well - they already have enough water anyway.

Wonderful weather for a winter day out on calm water. The kids didn't get out of bed until 9am, and are amazed at the effort others undertook to join in.

Kudos to Andre for deftly handling a fully laden Never Enough onto the lee shore to pick up Chris, rather him than me! Wish I'd had a camera handy for that one ... and seeing Chris being hefted up into the boat

I did trial sending Chris a DSC position request, but didn't get anything back -- so not sure what happened there (reading posts above, does position reporting really have to be dealer enabled, why?)

The girls had a good time, and mentioned the 'dishy boys' with Trev

Shame the daylight was so short, and we all had to set off before having a chance to mingle with more folk.
