hi going to whitby on the 27th december 2008 for a week

wife booked cottage for a week hate shopping so am taking my rib up for the week if anybody is interested in comming along let me know

whitby is known for heavey swells so will only launch weather permitting

but plan a day trip mid week
my do some fishing

I live just up the coast from Whitby in Staithes. You shouldn't have much trouble getting in or out the harbour at Whitby.
What've you got in mind during your stay?

I keep my rib in robin hoods bay about 3 miles down from Whitby.
If the sun shines could be a good week for catching some big cod.
