Great pics Paul, you sounded really enthusiastic before you left and it looks like you and Bryn had a great time, and the weather didnt dampen your spirits too much pity the sun didnt come out more for you though to display one of the best coastlines in the world.. always a next time !! ..... btw ... I've never seen teeth like that on a seal .... well done!

teath like that

HI Bigmuz7
It was good to meet on the RNLI day (albeit dissapointment from Bryn re lack of life boats!)
The Seal jumped up one last time when all the fish had gone. Had I been quicker with my camcorder we could all have seen how far Bryn jumped!
will post the last few images covering the last days.
Paul

Hi,

Great pictures, looks like you had a fantastic trip. You'll be glad you had the cabin, coming back round Mull of Kintyre!

Look forward to hearing about the new boat.

Great pics Paul, thanks for posting them.

Nice one of the Kintyre Express, I skipper it fairly regularly as well, a really fabulous boat in the rough!

The Kintyre Express at Sanda Island last week. I took the Lochgilphead Environmental Health Inspector to check out the Byron Darnton, the second most remote pub in the UK. Glad to report it got a clean bill of health, especially as I had lunch there!

Yeah, I was out last night when they put the Mayday Relay out - a 1450 tonne log carrier, according to Clyde Coastguard. Needless to say I did not offer to go and tow her off, I don't think a measly 400hp would have been up to the job (but don't tell Josh I missed a salvage opportunity!).
