Hi Sticky, don't have Bob (Randski's) Toyota on your drive, its losing more oil than the Torey Canyon did!
Look forward to meeting you at the weekend

Would it be possible to arrange with the Laundrette ( Petrol Station) on Hugh Town to hang on 'till we get there. I'd be a lot happier blatting around the islands with a full tank. We should be in there by midday-ish.

t'would be good I've only got a 70 ltr tank plus a portable 20 ltr, doesn't leave much/any scope for Island hopping, anyway Roy reckons you need 50 ltrs to flash up yer BBQ!

Im getting a wee bit paranoid about how much fuel the Yam 130 will use.

Im taking her out of Hayle on sea trials tomorrow evening at 18:30, planning a 20 nm run at 20knts to get an idea. Sticky want to come??

Also also thinking of a trip stright to St. Mary's to refuel before heading of to Bryher if thats where we are staying?

yes campsite and moorings on bryher

I have just bought a webber go anywhere bbq so we will have 2 running for the saturday night now.

ill ring sibleys in the morning tommorrow and arrange a refulling stop in hugh town for mid day - we won't all be floating fire hazzards then - no one will need jerry cans.

can everyone remember bbq food for the saturday night - don't go overboard we don't want to throw loads of stuff away and be imaginative rather than just burgers and sausages. myself and alice and co. will have the bbqs themselves sorted out so no need to bring one each. also bring plenty of booze - especially magners

is everyone ok with the suggested times of 8am departure from falmouth (ie 7:30 launch) and meet up at 10:30am ish in penzance.

Posh Git!! What's wrong with the Lidls 'Super Blob' ?!! So I don't have to cater for the whole gang then? Just watch Hugh with that lethal gas fired thing. Deep fried burgers and bangers!!!

the idea was to take the scenic route and hug the coast anyway - take in the sights such as kynance and the minack

hence the 2 and a half hour gap between falmouth launch and penzance meet up.

I will have a load of passengers who've not done this trip before so want to make it as scenic as possible.

if I'm the only one who wants to see any scenery then well will start later and do the boring straight line thing
