Trafalgar Great River Race 17th Sept & Nelson Flotilla 16th Sept
Anybody going to be out on the Thames for the Trafalgar Great River Race or the Nelson Flotilla the weekend after next??

I'm out on the morning of the Great River Race on 17th, and might be about later when it's happening but there are a number of River closures, see PLA website.

As for Nelson's funeral, looks interesting, but considering the type of vessels involved, I wonder if a Rib nearby might look a little out of place!

Cool will keep my eyes peeled for you.

The Great River Race starts at Ham at 1430 so you may have to wait a while to see us!! (Believe me you will see us, they are making us have flashing lights on the boat to do safety cover!!)
