Because it weighs 25kg full and I don't feel it needs to he hauled right across the Irish Sea?
If fuel was available on the quay I wouldn't bother as I have more than enough built in for the trip across and most probably for the way back too, The extra 25l fill on IOM is just insurance in case of any extra mileage etc on the day.
It is only coming to allow easy transfer from the fuel station cos my tanks are built in!
I don't mind loaning it to JSP if he needs it, then it will be full each way

Wow lads! Never expected all the kind offers!
BTW, I could do with a 21 year old blonde girl to hold things on the way over.

Bull Bay - I.O.M (6 June)

Just a bit of an update to anyone from angelsey who may be interested in the IOM trip, but can't travel to conway.
A few of us are assembling at Bull Bay at 08.30 on sat 6 june, and aim to set off at 09.30. This will put us about 1hr to 1 1/2hrs ahead of the main group, but we are looking to maintain a nice relaxed pace, and may allow ourselves to drift eastwards abit (wind permitting), so as not to be too far away from the main bunch.
We are looking to depart Douglas about 14.30 - 15.00hrs, but will be guided by the main group.

Boats departing Bull Bay so far are;

Avon Searider 5.4 (Sun-Dry)
Kestrel 5.5 (Echo 1)
Delta 5.5 (?)

Hi to the lads in the Delta. Anyone else wishing to go from Bull Bay, if you can't make Conway, is more than welcome.
We aren't really part of GEDs & DMs propper group, but are very grateful to them to allow us to travel in nearby company to them, (thankyou).
