What day and date would that be? We'll need to leave Poole two days before to overnight in Dartmouth/Salcombe and Falmouth on the way down and hope that the weather holds.

Hi Alex def interested depending on the time of year , just bought Rib back from Jersey boat show last weekend in force 6-7 which was great for rough weather practice but far from comfortable !!!

I would depending on timing run from Poole rather than trailer trip to Big on roads !! esp small ones !!

See you Sunday !!
Regards David

Hope will the the required element.
Most planned trips tend to be let down by the weather. By all means give it a go guys, it could work a treat, but so often, the weather wrecks the show.

As I've mentioned before, we look for a weather window and go, rather than the other way around. I realise that this is not an option for most.

The Trip is Definately Worth a Bit of Effort if the Weather Presents itself Guys as anyone who's been will tell You!
No One can Conjour Fine Weather on Demand of Course! BUT You CAN Get the Boats/Trailers/Tents Vehicles, ready to Go....and Not Flaff around when the Chance Comes!
Also If anyone would Like to Camp at My Place to Break a long Journey it's no problem!
Plenty of room in The Barn where I keep mine for RIB'S too.

Hmm - The week before we hope to start the Round Ireland 2013 challenge....
Probably optimistic to think I'll do both - but if the weather's right....

Nice one trevor.!! Would poss do a day run and back late pm to stay in penzance again etc. if can find reasonable accom and mooring s for a night then will do that but the weather needs to be stable etc. doing a day run would be less risky with regard to weather change..
