Friday 2 - Yarmouth

Hi Ben,

We will be going to Portsmouth to see the start of Volvo's race. Race start time is 5.30pm local. Will follow them and may well see you but not to sure if the call of pub might not be too strong!

Have a good evening Charlie C (Shrek)

Thanks for the comments.

How annoying! Hope you get it sorted. I was out all day friday and for a few hours today. Absolutely gorgeous weather with today being the best, the wind in your face still felt warm at 30knots!

Nice little boat, the only observation I would make is make sure that painter can't reach the prop as it appears to be unsecured.

And then secure it as well so it doesn't catch on someone else's prop!

Didnt get down to the needles but was out all weekend.

Great to follow the Volvo boats down the solent. left them down at Newtown and zoomed home for tea. They sure get a shift on when the wind blows.

I thought it was well controlled but still frustratuing with the usual little hittlers and their flags tho!

Video coming soon of the RTW boats, just need to find the time to get it off the camcorder and upload!

Springtide, i have more photos than that on the website of you, if you want them in high def then let me know your email address and I will send them to you. You did look like your were getting a little wet with the nose of your boat not being very high, although to be fair, it was a very confused sea in amongst the flatilla of boats!
