Not long now, a passage plan has been issued, due weather forecasts we are heading up river to the old fishing port of Dysart, which has a nice cafe and good harbour for berthing.

We will hugging the Coastline, where you can view the Cliffs and wildlife, along to coast to lower largo, then to Leven, Methil , passing Macduff Castle at Wemyss and then heading into Dysart, situated below the Cliffs of Ravencraig Castle.

We planning to take it easy so you can enjoy the coastline as we travel to Dysart.

Group Photo:

We had 6 Boats and 23 people on water, plus 3 shore based people covering the logistics.

We had a special appearance from RNLI Kinghorn - Atlantic 85 class lifeboat ‘Tommy Niven, who was returning from Elie Ness to Kinghorn after being on exercise, who followed us along the coast to Dysart before returning back their station in Kinghorn a few miles further down the coast

The day was followed by a BBQ at the club, were we talked and about boating and the day.

And how we could promote more powerboating in the Forth Area/Scotland
