Sugar Puffs actually, they are giving away hunny monster mouse mats and I am collecting them for Britts training room, I think an RYA school with Hunnymonster mouse mats would be quite cool. I have only gotto eat another eighteen kilos and well have 6. R U busy KH

yeah I am sure the skiboat zone is less that a kilometre away from the slipway, which makes the rule a nonsense,

I noticed your smilie EEKs worked and mine didn't where's the manual

Ahh that's better

Pete,

I will get this weekend out of the way then I will try and get a date to meet up with you.

I have a long weekend next weekend and my family are busy so i will be looking for somewhere to go. Would like to give your place a try as a non boat owning friend who used to live near there has recomended it to me and its not too far for me to travel from Basingstoke.

I will watch out for your posts.

Nick.

Wave, ?????????? Are you the local bum information source? I think you'll find the ratio 1.151:1, not 1.3. by gad, we don't want you misinforming the good folk of 'boatmad.com' (I'll lend you 'red book 1' it's a great starting point LOL) as it's not so 'hit & miss' in the dizzy world of hardboating.

P.S. A knot is a measurement of speed, not distance, so 'knots per hour' don't exist! it is nautical miles per hour! now write it out a hundred times and report to me in my office. (100 times...'I'm not worthy')

Not strictly true, and I know how important these little things are to you

Knots per hour is in fact a measurement of acceleration. For instance if it takes a minute to go from rest to a speed of twenty knots (a very modest performance), the acceleration is 1200 knots per hour (which sounds much more impressive!)

I think I've been out in the sun for too long. Must go for a lie down . . .

John
