We could go up by sea. That should just about finish it off.

I popped into Outboard Services and explained my findings and observations and he told me not to run the engine again and let them examine it. Unfortunately I had to go back to work before I got it to them but it will be dropped in in mid nov for the verdict. Apparently play in the crank followed by oil dripping from the cowel are not cool in the world of Etec. Along similar lines the guy who does my mots has a 115 as well and has just had a new one just before his 3 year warranty expired after it self destructed.

I think everyone would get tired of waiting for me if I only have my 3.3hp and a set of paddles!
I would still popping up for a beer or twenty one eve even if the boat is a no goer!

Is there a suggested date for this yet, or is it best to keep all weekends in December free just in case there is one where the weather's ok ?
