On crushed minted new potato’s and caper dressing

Beef Wellington
Fillet wrapped in puff pastry with shallot and Madeira reduction

Cherry tomato and Blue cheese tart
On spinach, rocket and coriander salad


All served with seasonal vegetable’s and roast potato’s

The total cost for the food this year is £27.50, and I’ll need the remaining £22.50 at least 2 weeks before the 12th December.

As far as food choices are concerned I’ll again need these at least 2 weeks before the event.

With regards hotels I recommend the Express Holiday Inn at Gunwharf. It's a tiny bit more than the others mentioned, but the money you spend you save on a taxi back after. If anyone wants a lift we'll be taking a boat over from Gunwharf so let me know.

I'm not prepared to have a repeat of last year as I'm still about £80 down.
So a less gentle reminder.

If I don't receive a deposit by Thursday 4th December I'll assume you are not coming and cancel your place with the Lightship.

I'd also appreciate the outstanding balance before the night.
This year I will not put up with people turning up and eating their meal with no intention of paying, which believe it or not happened last year.
