nothing wrong with it!

mind you, this thread and stuff, i am not complining, just sitting here in the office at work, but, after a long day, and again seeing this thread, its making me very itchy to go boating, and, this trip is bloody months away!

its a great idea to plan and have it to look forward too, but heck it doesnt half make you groan a bit when its months away.

the weather better well be fine for this

grumble over

so who is for the lymington posse then?

Chris

How many?

Can't believe me and Izzyfish missed this thread! We might be little, but we'd like to tag along too if that's ok. We'll probably be round Portsmouth somewhere, so maybe we could come with the Jackeens and pompey gang.
We can either bring up the rear - or you could give us a head start!
Bruce et al - would be good to meet you!

See you all the February Solent get-together.

Kathy and Izzy

Quite likely Bruce will do a Lymington Launch too...?Might mean 3 or 4 launch sites with meets in Osborne or Alum with such brill numbers .

We've got February to finalise stuff. So far accommodation is getting there and we know where food and drink may be had over the two days...will post that too.

A few of us will bravely do some spins abroad to the Wild Inhabitants of Wighty to see whether Cowes and Yarmouth can cope with mighty numbers of mainlanders (to include a certain gentleman of Welsh Origin wearing a pink thong. . This may be against Isle of Wight Law. In fact if it isn't maybe it should be.)

10 Years ago gArfie it would have been mistaken for a fkkn lighthouse, if memory serves you have done a bit of lighthouse work!.

If I do it I am taking my buddy Winston along please do not mistake him for an isolated danger mark

Hey Action Man...I will pm you some local accommodation details. As for boat space...should be no problem at all. You are welcome on ours but most peeps are happy to take others along ... so you should get to try out a few boats

Adam - I recon at the speed you go you'll be getting the first round in the local watering hole

Viper - Ta for the offer, you don't want robin of the hoods firing any arrows at your tubes if your out late
